Kohaku rolls his eyes, but you think you catch a bit of a smirk.

"No, not really...well, in some ways, maybe? You've both got that kind of leader-like quality, and you're both the type to hide out in the shadows if it suits you...but you're not a degenerate like him, so you're fine!!"

"So in your mind, Rinne-han and I are the same breed of creature? That's a horrible thing t'say, y'know."

"Eh- wait, why is it big sis rather than big bro? Ugh, I can't help but feel like this is somehow Rinne-kun's fault...

This side of me probably is too, though, I guess. It's like, I've been taking care of an awful stray cat for so long that I just start putting out cat food..."

Kohaku snorts, taking another bite of his food.

"Yer an only child, right? What's with this big-sis act?"

"I mean, I know I don't need to...you're for sure tougher than me, and smarter too, but I still wanna make sure you're doing okay."

Kohaku shrugs.

"I've been worse. Ya don't really need'ta worry about me."

"Well...putting Rinne-kun aside for now, how are you holding up?"

"Sure, an' I know that."

Kohaku nods towards the rest of the group, wrapped up in their own conversations.

"But they don't. All 'm sayin' is they might get the wrong idea about ya after the stunt you pulled."
