this is emma, the automaton girl that atlas builds. she’s childish, emotional, spontaneous, and impulsive (which often gets her into trouble). most of the time, she’s just trying to prove to atlas that she’s capable of everything he is

this is odette, princess of the sky kingdom. she starts out as atlas’ rival, but they later become allies. she’s just as clever as him, but she’s bursting with emotion and looooves to get the upper hand (yes, she can be childish when she’s right)

this is the mc, atlas. he’s the (unofficial) king of the underground, aka the forest in which all ‘undesirables’ (magic folk) reside. he’s too clever for his own good, and prefers to deal in fact over emotion
