I start to recognise my voice and give space for my ideas and vision to come out on the page. The process can be almost therapeutic (depending on when the deadline is of course😂). I'm grateful for such experiences🙌🏾

I love #PortfolioDay because it gives me a chance to look back and appreciate the growth and the opportunities🙏🏾… it also makes me feel lazy and pushes me to put more work out🤦🏾‍♂️😂

I go home prepare a proposal, send a quotation for more money than I’ve ever asked for 😬 & they AGREED!😃 We start the long process of creating the murals, I sent a few versions before they approved. I lead and coordinated the printing team to mount the murals👌🏾

Flashback to 2014, I was a graphic designer by day & struggling illustrator by night and weekends. The newly launched Shifteye Gallery invited artists to take part in the show “Reflections on Paper”. My illustration “Everyone has a story” makes the cut and I’m excited about it!

Have to admit I don't use procreate that much... coz I'm such an Adobe fanboy🙈 but I really enjoyed working on this😃💯 the brushes are really dope👌🏾
