Finally made a poster for my short film, Detached. I’m still trying to get it into festivals, but it’ll be online someday!

I implore you do not approach me
For I know not what I’ve become.
On second thought, please come closer
I like the smell of your blood.

How do you unleash your beast within
When it’s less of a lion than a kitten?

I commit these words to paper
Not with ink, but blood and quill
’Tis my hope these words will last longer
Than my meat and bones ever will

“I’ve got a crush on you,” said the beast as it closed its grip. Were it not for this unexpected pun, the man’s final thought might have been for his friends, his family, or his life that will go unlived. Impressed as he was, the man’s last thought was simply, “nice one”.

The previous owner of my sister’s new house left some choice paintings on the wall.
