It's pretty evident how Worm Horse (Blitzø's green balloon horse) and Banana Pudding (Fizz's red balloon horse) resemble each other, especially when Worm Horse doesn't have legs, and we know that, as an adult, Fizzarolli has robotic limbs. Here enters the foreshadowing.
There's an unexpected sweetness about Fizzarolli as well (I say unexpected because, so far, we've only seen him as an adult being an asshole), but baby Fizz is so kind; we see it in the way he wants to comfort Worm Horse. "Banana Pudding is here to save the day!"
