These Pokemon use their long stems as an extra pair of fists. Raddscals love to beat up anything they can, but when it grows up it understands that many people do not appreciate being punching bags.

Snothog(Poison)->Swineflu(Poison) OR->Hogwash(Water,Fairy)

These sickly swines spread disease and sickness all over Pollum. Only the most cleanliest and patient trainers have the ability to cure a Snothog into a Hogwash.

Knockoff(Grass)->Brashbirch(Grass,Fighting) OR->Pooradoor(Dark,Fire)

It may look silly now, but eventually Knockoff will evolve into the stern and hardy Brashbirch! Just, don't let it near any dark types. Things can go south real quick...

character designs with mouths on their stomachs are so cool these are the only two i can think of right now but i think they are rather neat

Traffikid(Normal,Dark)->Streetfreak(Normal,Dark)

These two may seem eerie, but they just want to make the road a safe place! Streetfreaks use their extra hand to guide traffic and pedestrians. Much like actual street signs, these Pokemon often go ignored in the Pollum region.

Fiesteeny(Fairy)->Popyatta(Fairy,Fighting)->Fiestitan(Fairy,Fighting)

Dawning an assortment of flashy colors, these Pokemon resemble pinatas. Just don't hit them with a bat expecting any candy. You will get no candy. And a very angry Pokemon, probably.

Snowsmall(Ice)->Shivershell(Ice)

These Pokemon use thick clumps of snow to protect their bodies. They are docile by nature, but will put up a fight if their young are in danger.
