Tonsillitis in babies

It is an inflammation of the tonsils, two oval-shaped lymph nodes located on either side of the back of the throat. It can be caused by a virus or bacteria, most often, it's a virus.

How much can your baby see when they are born?

Your baby's vision is a little fuzzy when they are born and although bright lights make them keep their eyes closed, most objects and people are not seen very well if they are in the distance.
