Going to sleep on a couple of major compositional changes I'm debating.

It's much choppier on brush stroke texture in person.

Okay, I AM going to make some progress on this piece tonight.

I don't have to get up early tomorrow (I am not sure the novelty of not driving will ever wear off after last school year) so I can push the tired limit a bit tonight.

So many layers. (There's a reason these pieces take a while.)

It's a process, one layer at a time.

Took a break from soap & pen business work to make progress on Mars in Pisces (working title) for submitting to a show in a couple of weeks.

I'm really enjoying how this one is shaping up.

Alright, forgot to eat an actual meal again today, do breaking here to go eat.

Like I said, just a matter of patience.

Note to self: The 24"x 36" pieces usually take a month, this is day three and you're already sinking teeth into something here, look at you go.

Now go to bed. Yes, even if it's only 9:30pm. You hurt. Go read or something.

Took a late lunch break to play with them.
