Norman Cornish. A quick sketch, probably done a couple of minutes but captures everything he wanted to record. Stance, posture, character, and the dog. That's when you know someone's very good. 👍

I've woke up in a Chippy kinda mood today, so let's roll.
'Chips and gravy' by Bob Barker.
'Bin day' by Anthony Orme.
I remember the old bin lorries with them sliding rear covers, and the bin men who would hoist a heavy bin up on their shoulders by making a "Hmmmp" sound. 😁
Another nice wet Manchester scene by Steven Scholes.
Still no brollies evident though. 😁
Today I lost another close family member, the 2nd since lockdown began. Due to hospital restrictions she too died alone, without her family around her. We were only able to communicate by phone, and latterly by text. Her last text said simply - “Goodbye Albert, I’m off now”. 😢
The bridge to Gin Pits.
The Gin pits were located in Tyldesley Lancashire, the birthplace of Roger Hampson. 👍
