Magnus from Kid Icarus Uprising enters the battle! With incredible strength, Magnus' mighty sword can easily KO opponents. Despite his poor jumping and recovery, he's quite speedy on the ground.

It's the cyborg ninja Gray Fox! Despite bringing his High-Frequency blade to battle, he only uses it as a Special attack. In this battle of all-stars he decided most of his attacks would be hand to hand, the basis of all combat. "Only a fool trusts his life to weapon!"

Andross declares war on the competition! This evil warlord has many strange tricks in store. He can even make his head and hand grow huge during attacks.

The ultimate lifeform returns with an updated moveset! Shadow's Side Special is now Chaos Spear: He does a hop forward, press the button again to shoot a paralyzing spear of energy downwards. The animation is similar to Corrin's Dragon Lunge. Spin Dash is now Down Special.

Chef Kawasaki dishes out the pain! This unorthodox fighter attacks with cookware and cutlery. Is he fighting or cooking? To Kawasaki those are one the same.

So I'm pretty convinced that the hero from long ago was actually Ganondorf but due to Demise's curse he was corrupted and sealed away. My personal theory is Ganondorf's soul has jumped into Link, and that's why Link looks that way with the long hair etc.
