It's the cyborg ninja Grey Fox! Despite bringing his High-Frequency blade to battle, he only uses it as a Special attack. In this battle of all-stars he decided most of his attacks would be hand to hand, the basis of all combat. "Only a fool trusts his life to weapon!"

I'm not entirely happy with it, but I have to move forward. Here's a preview.

I think at one point I was a part of some project that wanted to make Ruby & Sapphire Pokemon in Gold & Silver style.
