About "Cats", I think their biggest mistake was keep the human face features so we can still see the actors beneath. Had they went with more a cat-like look, like the main protagonist in Blacksad, they would have avoid the uncanny valley or whatever that weird thing was.

This serie helped me landing a few cool commission works, like this Alien poster for Mondo in 2018. How cool is that :)
