Compared to my first piece of SB fanart years ago, I wanted to go for a much brighter and almost pastel colour palette!

I’d love to sketch out Strive and the rest of the cast more in the future, as I want to get more comfortable with their designs!

I was reminded of Sunset Hill from Sonic Advance 3, since it’s like a visual remix of sorts for Green Hill Zone, and decided to try out a warm pastel colour palette!

I had a lot of fun blocking out the lighting for each section in the composition!

I saw this amazing lineart made by @aryelsereio and I loved the composition so much that I wanted to try and colour it!

It took over 14 hours to make this, but it was more like over the course of the past week or two, so I really got to savour drawing each character!

But from here on, it’ll be full steam ahead for Uni grind until May, so wish my luck guys o7 XDDD
