Yesterday I was dared to post some drawings of tools (and other stuff). I’m no Jim Dine but I’ve done a few in my time. Thread:

Done a few spring clamps over the years. Not super compelling subject matter but if you’re into banality they fit the bill.

@JimBinary Not at all, that’s actually what I was doing at the time. I was a caricaturist at a theme park in San Antonio while I was painting these. Some got very caricaturish.

Almost got good at painting, then I graduated. Went to grad school a few years later but never quite felt the same about painting.
