Sadly, Henrique died at the age of 34 from tuberculosis. It would have been great to watch his art develop even further. You can see all the bookplate illustrations, here: https://t.co/GxityHoRPe
Artist Henrique Alvim Corréa (1876-1910) did the illustrations for a 1906 French edition of H.G. Wells' "War of the Worlds," and, honestly, for pure atmosphere, they haven't been topped, since.
