▪️Pain w/ forceful hip flexion vs resistance (🏃🏽, jump, kick, 🤸🏽♀️)
▪️Tx non-surgical with rest, protected weight bearing, rehabilitation
▪️Surgery if neuro/vasc compromise or nonunion
