With all the possibilities with Midjourney I regularly return to the same exploration.

Hand drawn style with a single color.

Staying mindful of our dopamine levels is ESSENTIAL if we want to use these tools in a healthy and sustainable manner.

That being said, allow yourself to get lost in the wonderful worlds. As long as you come back up for some fresh air.

With AI the dopamine is personalized to everyone individually.

Each query is rewarded.

It's a very addictive tool and we can quickly lose track of time and reality.

Allow yourself to get lost sometimes.

With AI it's very easy to get lost. It's an infinite and personalized source of dopamine. With games and movies, the creators cater to a wider audience. Trying to find overlapping areas that would keep them engaged.

The results can be very similar, as you can see in the images in this post.
Image 1 was the original reference (which I created).
Image 2 & 3 were created by reverse engineering the prompt.

The two prompts were completely different and yet produced similar images.

How to reverse engineer a prompt?

The usual workflow with text to image AI is:
We have an idea in our minds, we type words into the box and AI generates images for us we can further refine into our vision.

What if we start with an image we like?

There is this very fun tool called Stable Diffusion Deforum. It allows us to make animations.

I've been playing around with it for quite some time now and opened a few doors to see how it can complement my creative workflows.

This is just the start. It will grow and develop.

As an example, I've made a prompt for dramatic shots with a heavy atmosphere.
