There are lion heads adoring her sword (a callback to her upbringing) as well as Renfri's brooch. That was quite an important detail to me, I love how the show connected these two characters in a very unique way.

The wild white roses are pretty self explanatory with blood of elves and all (gosh how i wish they'd included that scene) Ciri's also referenced to as "the last rose of Cintra" in one of the songs from s1 OST (my beloved)

i wanted her to be a bit of a mix of show and book Ciri, hence the scar!
