I went through several drafts but it was really hard to find something that felt right. I wanted to keep symmetry as part of her hairstyle but the results were too simple or didn't quite suit her character. Anyways, here's the other attempts.

Not so much a short hair Eleanor and more of a Medium Hairstyle Eleanor. I always thought her hair ties looked like kanzashi.

I didn't draw that much this year actually.

Here's a short hair Rokurou. I was working on other stuff but this wouldn't leave my mind so here we are.

An attempt at Long Hair Eizen. Halfway through he started looking like Howl so much, I can't unsee it now.

Here's Ignis and Gladio! I was first going to do regular Ninetails but something about Alolan Ninetails seemed to fit better. Also fun fact, Gladio's canonical height puts him at half a foot taller than the average Venusaur.

I was thinking about how bomb it would be if Ignis had a dagger set like Ludger's spatula and frypan joke weapon set and then I thought about it and wondered why I didn't do this costume swap sooner.

I've been sitting on these Exorcist designs for Velvet and Magilou for a while now so I thought I'd finished them.

Still working on more of these. Here are two more. I hadn't planned to do the Prompto-Mimikyu one at first but decided I couldn't miss this opportunity.
