Lauren hesitantly touches Kieran’s scar on his shoulder and he puts his hand over hers to keep her hand there when she pulls away. Lauren looks surprised at the gesture. She brings Kieran comfort, he needs it so he can actually go through the most painful memories again.

Lauren walks towards Kieran and he turns around, not being able to face her. It’s noticeable how he’s never hesitant to comfort Lauren, but when she tries to do the same he becomes very awkward and reacts surprised because he's never had someone to show him comfort or help him.

Lauren validates Kieran’s choice. She’s probably the first person to understand why he became the PH. She knows he wasn’t always like this and that there is a reason why he made this choice. And as a result of his choice they met and made the deal. Lauren is glad she met him

Kieran reveals to Lauren he used to be a street painter and this confirms the speculations we had based on episode 107. Was Kieran a painter at the festival Dylan and Lauren went to? Did they cross paths before? (notice Soph later added more people in the background)

It is not the first time Lauren has been concerned this way about Kieran. We could observe that in ep 93 by her asking him a similar question. Between these two panels, we can see a difference. Her reaction is more emotional. Kieran is now even more important to her.

Lauren notices the scar on Kieran’s shoulder. We learned in ep 131 Kieran carved out the mark he got from Apostle 10. Is he going to open up about it to Lauren soon?

Lauren's immediate shift into being concerned for Kieran really shows how far their relationship has come

Kieran reaches out to comfort Lauren and we almost get another Lauki hug, but he’s clearly in pain. Darn you, Rafael!
