Working in monochrome again today, I like this blue-grey from Gansai Tambi.
Trying out an owl based gryphon, I may test out some different cat bodies, not sure this one suits me.

I didn't have the focus to do a painting OF something (stressful day), but I did manage to do an abstract composition by dripping paint onto wet paper and sprinkling salt. Seems like a reasonable tie-in to the #WorldWatercolorMonth prompt of the day -#spontaneous
Today's #WorldWatercolorMonth prompt was #machine. I worked today and had a few other things to take care of, so this one is a pretty quick #lunchBreakSketch. I do love a good over engineered steampunk-ish machine, though.
Hello #PortfolioDay!
I work in watercolor and ink, sometimes for kids, sometimes for grown-ups. I lean mostly toward fantasy creatures, with the occasional real animal too.

I love trees that grow in rocky places, their roots twist around and do beautiful things.

There is some excellent art under #NobodyArtistClub and #IAMSomebodyArtistClub and I just want to add a little more. I do watercolor and sometimes pen and ink fantasy, sometimes for kids sometimes for adults.

Today's #WorldWatercolorMonth prompt is "favorite color" I love many colors, but purple is the one that makes me happiest.

"Well, yes. Dragons are a LOT like cats but much more destructive. No, we don't need to demonstrate - HEY! PUT THAT LASER POINTER DO... !"
