Finally, I add the final effects, wich consist of a bit of color dodge and saturation with the camera raw filter on Photoshop. This is the part where I like to experiment, like there, I tried putting a bubble to cover some of the more empty parts of the drawing!

Then, I add the main light source! In this case, his face is mainly in shadow so I put a purple multiply layer over everything to tone the colors down. I then added the blood and more detailed shadows. Again, this is just the sketch so I'm not worried about it being perfect.

Then I like to do a more detailed linework and block simple colors; at this step of the drawing I am planning to do a painting over everything so I'm not worried about going over some lines.
