I'm 5ft 5 and 8 1/2 stone. Today I single-handedly lifted a superking bed, still in the box, across my lawn and up five steps, into my house. My husband was uber impressed, as he is 6ft and found it heavy when he got home. I love my unexplainable Superman moments!!
