Prismari: a red and blue school focused on elemental magic and expression (artistic/corporal/magical expression). Tenchou is a easy choice because prismari has fire elementals, but I struggle to put Baelz here, just because I wanted one council girl in each school

Silverquill: black and white school focused on Magic using words and speech. Magic using words? Yeah, that's the one for Calli and the oratoria aspect can fit Kronii as well

Witherbloom: black and green school focused on nature and nature decay. Transform the dead and using the energy of the old to create new.
I put Ina(the Ancient Ones aspect) and Fauna here, even it kinda have a mood that can fit Calli, but the next school is too perfect for her

Lorehold: a white and red school focused on Adventure, History and Archeology
Here I put Gura bc I can imagine she strugglind and read the word "adventure" and choosing this school by impulse
And Mumei is an obviously choice and she can be a funny duo with Gura

Quandrix: is a blue-green school (in Magic the Gathering the five colors - white/blue/black/red/green are very important drives to the game, the lore and world building) focused on mathematics and theory.

I put Ame and Sana on this school
