Phoenix Extravagent! A beautiful world with a stunning magic system. Delves into the complexities of the ordinary person making a living while their nation is colonised. Queer, with the best non-binary rep I've ever read. A bit simplistic and rushed at times, otherwise amazing.
It's like Indiana Jones exceot for queer people that love the Edwardian era and bisexual dandies.
...however... this book is INCREDIBLY white and treats the one non western character very weirdly
The art within this book is incredible ans really ties into the book really well!
