Yumi Unita - Usagi Drop (2005-2011)

This would have been such a wholesome story throughout, if it wasn't for the second half dragging it down massively.

07th Expansion - Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai (2006)

Well, I'm speechless. Not even sure anymore what I expected going into it, but Higurashi is, just as Umineko, a masterpiece.

It swept me off my feet, especially in the Answer arcs. Absolute reading recommendation here.
