Its rivalry against Hora stems from a grudge held long ago by their original trainers, rumored to have been kings.
The blue flames that spout from this pokemon can reach 10,000F. They grow in size the more it is damaged, which also ups its power.
Hora: Sun Bird Pokémon.
Its original trainer held a deep grudge against the one who commanded Hketseut, and this rivalry remains into the present day.
The star above its head is made of pure plasma. One touch, and anything is utterly disintegrated.

I tried to emulate the Gen-1 artstyle, need to work on it but I don't think its too bad for a first try.
