here is the non-player-character rival. She is currently unnamed and she works for the regional professor as an aide. She is incredibly intelligent with loads of theory, but she doesn't have practice and is clumsy, often failing despite her brilliance

i wanted to make a pokemon that hinders the use of terrain but could also benefit from them. i might make one for each terrain type. here's the Grassy Terrain "leecher", based off of owls/crows, wilting flowers, and funeral reefs
