In Altera, some familiar Pokémon species will appear in regional variant forms!

Alteran Nidoran do not differ between males and females. Instead, they have adapted to differing climates across the region with Winter and Summer Coat forms!

In Altera, these Pokémon are beloved across the region for their melodious songs. It uses this fact to its advantage to get whatever it wants.

It looks like we've spotted four new Pokémon in the Altera region! And these look almost familiar...

Delfender, the Rescuer Pokémon
[water]

The tanks on its shoulders can store water as well as air. This allows it to navigate many environments. It has a helpful and brave personality.

Evolves from Findolf

Burnychus, the Raptor Pokémon
[fire]

A primal bird Pokémon that fights fiercely with barbed talons and fire breath. They are highly protective of their young.

Evolves from Chiklit

Mosseer, the Seer Pokémon
[grass/psychic]

Its PSI powers allow it to glimpse into the future. It shares its visions in the form of psychic dreams.

First: Alistair, Champion of the Altera Pokémon League!

Called the "Steely Master of the Skies", he is famous for his expert skills and level-headed approach to battles.

Squrmy - The Worm Pokémon

"Underestimated by many, this little worm dreams of greatness. However, its body is soft and vulnerable, so it hides underground most of the time."

Huh? New species have appeared in the Altera region!

Cavamie - The Heart Nose Pokémon

"A cheerful, mild-natured Pokémon that is agreeable and affectionate to all. Their friendly attitude makes them popular as family pets."

Next, it's time to meet your playable characters!

Players will choose to play as one of three heroes when they begin their journey:
