The most well-known appearance of Tiobraid ‘a fountain, well or spring’ is in Tipperary (Tiobraid Árann ‘the well of Ara’), but it is also seen in Tubbrid (Tiobraid 'well') in Co. Fermanagh, and in Kiltubbrid (Cill Tiobraide ‘church of the well’) in Co. Armagh. #wellwednesday
