My latest era has been the combination of my two loves: digital art and linoprints
Everything color is digital. Everything black and white is lino
And look at that! My linework got worse! But I love it so much more this way~

Continuing to embrace this new painterly style, and with my new love for swtor, I then painted up these two portraits for myself and Hermit
While this brush can blend so well, I pushed myself to not blend much at all and try embracing the texture it creates

Still making DragonFable art, I started pushing myself to do full scenes and character interactions, and I worked a lot on upping the quality of my shading to better convey texture and form.
Drawing Maz was a major study for me

Next era was fueled by a return to playing DragonFable. I experimented with lineless and redrew my favorite scene from the game (rip my boy Tomix). I also got better and better at lineart and line weight.
Boy was my shading still smooth tho!

An acrylic painting
Featuring mine and my boyfriend's, @hermit_priest , hands
It's a sort of wish fulfillment, considering that we've been dating long-distance
But I have great news! I have now been actually able to hold his hand

Hey who wants to see some 1 year old paintings

In order, three acrylic paintings done with a live model (please forgive the lighting I tried).

First two took two days and last was one day.

Quality def went down as it went on but enjoyment went up, and that's valid too.

Thank you Art Fight for giving me the energy to not only draw for others, but to also get refs done in between them.

Seriously I have no idea how I, the chronically slow and tired artist, have been managing to do so much.

Wanted to have a complete piece of #swtor fanart done by #StarWarsDay , but unfortunately this piece is proving to be one of the hardest, most time-consuming things I've tried.
So have a WIP instead!
