Yes it is another design of Miguelito, I’m in love with the colour palette and his design! All it says about the painted one is “one version of the kikirigui character proposed for the unproduced Cuban film”

@purplecdino It’s from the cuphead comics!! There’s two issues of it so far, they are so fun to read I recommend
