On 9/3/09 I uploaded the first chapter of my webcomic "Uh-oh it's a Dinosaur" Eleven years later it's still going, currently on chapter 45 and on the second story arc. Also I guess Kyra has grown too!
The Kyra page I've been working on has turned out to be more work than I was expecting. So I took a break and did this quick image of Kyra (5) and her best friend Ann (13) hanging out.
Oh, what's this a sketch of? Ann wearing a normal, nice cute outfit? Well that's a change of pace from her eccentric tastes of ... wait, what colors are that? No, those don't go together ... Ann stop what have you done?
Just two teenagers trying to be moody or whatever it is they do. One has to put on makeup, skulls, and dark goth clothing to look dark and dreary. The other just has to smile.
When drawing my lines used to be so dark and thick and unwieldy. But the past few years I've really gotten into soft thin lines and I'm quite enjoying it! Now to see if it's my new thing or a phase, heh

A silly picture I thought of and drew of Kyra talking to Charles. What important information is she passing on to him? Who knows. Either way I thought up a few possibilities and put them afterwords.
