Fun fact, the Kalos Fossil Pokemon, Aurorus, from the Sail Fossil, is based on the Dinosaur Amargasaurus, and not just any bronto or apato or whatever. The resemblance is quite canny here with the sail on it's back as well as other characteristics + it's name.

I know a lot of ppl thought the Johto region was boring and underdeveloped, but man did they have some of the most iconic and beautiful scenic landmarks.
