is a tempest
caught
and eternally
brewing

waking
dreams

duality

blossoming

burning
remains

turns
to

aching

fire
is

languorously
she
lays upon the lichen
falling

into her
woodland reverie
entwined
in his
dreamtime
she
wades thru darkness
to find his
heart
beneath
a murky mess
of unforgiveness, unrest
tenderly
she wraps
his sadness
in petals
kisses him open
and whispers
you
aren't
broken

spinning in
this sacrosanct realm
she weaves
she dreams
she hibernates
hiding
from the ache
of waking
too soon
she
sends the slumbering
sweet symphonies
vibrating
with
colors
&
tenderly
heaping
with
empathy
she sighs
&
whispers
may your muses
rise
in
love
&
poetry

and
icy mistakes
pressed
into her glacial
break
she tenderly
takes
the warmest parts
left of her heart
and buries it all
beneath
the
fa
lling
snow
she knows
nothing grows
in
the
dead
of
winter
and it is better
to be numb
then to blossom
and be
forgotten
again

addlepated
by heartache
misunderstandings
and mistakes made
whilst wandering
she turns to the trees
asks the butterflies
to lift the sullied from her soul
and the fawns
to console
as she
breathes in
the ecstasy of leaving
she whispers~
"some
endings
are quiet
and
self-preserving"

racket of ruminations
ricocheting
w i t h i n
she
tries to steady
the cataclysmic ammunition
but it screams~
you
aren't
f o r g i v e n
tenderly,
she
engenders redemption
igniting
serenity and light
unremittingly
awakening
her empathic soul
