Figure I'd do something a little different today, and share some pen & marker drawings I've done of some #Pokemon. I did 'em a while ago but had a lot of fun with them, so if you guys like I'm I might do more! This is just the first half of what I've got of these.

What better way to start off on a new adventure than with your starters? This project will be Majora's Mask variants of Pokemon in my regular style, but for the regular starters, I thought it would be fun to try and emulate MM's style! I wonder what they'll become? 🤔 https://t.co/1pjkPkFlrU

WATER

Water was wild, since this was the only line that wasn't finished. I had the term "future", so that's what I went with the most. Previously I had a dinosaur, and a princess, so I tried to think of what represented future well. Kaiju already had the whole 'alien' theme 1/3

FIRE

Fire's theme was present. The stage 1 starters are all pretty tame, but I did play around with the body shape a bit more on this guy. I wanted to get a few elements that would carry over to the next stages (neck fluff, for example), as well as get some fire in there. 1/3

GRASS

Kaiju, those first two stages were PERFECT. I made the design on the first guy a bit more uniform to match how the second stage has a uniform pattern too, but aside from that, there's not much I could add. The final stage is where I went wild. 1/3
