this year's been wild for a lot of reasons

i moved to a brand new city, the fuckin pandemic, i left a really terrible relationship, i made a lot of new friends n fell in love a lot, i went back to school, sometimes people pay me money for the stuff i write and draw

nowadays we often think of art as a Product someone with Talent creates. you see it at its finished state and its often really good n makes you feel inspired, or maybe its bad and it inspires you in a different way

that ofc does a disservice to the artist

its really incredible to be able to look back through all the stuff i've drawn n see how far i've come, and grown and all that junk

when i was a kid i used to dream about being able to draw, but like, draw like an artist ya feel? that has certain connotations
