@Fire_Bay I usually have the same simple head shape but I just contour the snout outward more or less depending on the head angle

unfortunate to find most of my old artwork is completely gone/deleted ~accidentally~ but I did find some good stuff probably around 4 years old

bruhs I'm only just now doing the flats and I can't look at it anymore, probably gunna have to redo it
