like i said before the illager mobs would be like the bad guy pokemon group (im including witches since they help out pillagers in raids)

hostile mob time! blazes imo would definitely be fire/steel cause they make a tinky noise when you hit em

piglins would probably be normal/fighting and their zombie counterpart would be ghost/fighting

wandering trader would probably be like those random trainers that you Can battle but youd more than likely avoid em honestly

parrot would be pure flying because these fellows dont deserve such a bland typing
