I think you might have meant "silicone" there, fellers. @animalcrossing @doubutsuno_mori
While you can see on the Nemesis data panel up there that the original space marine armor is just a Krang-style humanoid, a rounder mech seemed to make more sense, as was also settled on by @47ness's great take on the concept. After all, why would they make them human-shaped?
It's pretty unclear what kind of icon is on Commander Hayes's uniform, so I co-opted the "CO" from the #StarControl cover and made it a sort of implied space travel shape, like gravity around a moon or something.
@Alteredbeastx7 @TrondyNewman @PFTompkins @TartyNextDoor Ah, THAT's what he reminds me of.
Mightn't it have been nice if this point @shaun_vids raised in 2019 hadn't been applicable to vaccine refusal in a global pandemic in 2021?
After drawing these pieces of fan art twenty years ago, I can finally say that I watched my first @kaijubigbattel match today. American Beetle versus Hell Monkey!
I had never seen a match because back when I drew these, my Internet was so bad that it couldn't load a video.
I always wondered why nobody ever made the natural connection of using @LegalEagle's big handsome schnoz as a beak for a Legal Eagle character. Looks like the reasons are:
- makes him look like he has white hair
- sort of looks like a chicken
- hard to put stubble on a bird
Just noticed Jeremy Bearimy's heart sigils on his furnace and anvil. Well done, @CozyGrove art team.
... which makes his trademark gesture a "Pose, Sidon". Now, was that made with planning aforethought? I don't know, but it's nice to think that it was.
