When Daizi killed Tamega, her Half-Gyuuman, Half-Saiyan cells went haywire, burning through her Ki reserves to try and repair the damage. A one-time only occurrence, Tamega's "Primal Instinct" form was born, but a precursor to some of her later transformations.

Tamega's Primal Instinct form, when she is near or beyond the brink of death, and her body transforms in an attempt to heal her. In this form, she becomes like a wild animal backed into a corner, fighting to survive.
