He is a villainous character. Cruel, intolerant and violent, he feels justified in all actions and will not allow anyone or anything to stand in his way.

Played around and made Xentael's older sister Juliantial (Julia) Sunstone. Married name pending.
She's about 7 years older and helped raise her baby brother. Also the only one that can openly pick on him without consequence. Not a trainer, probably has no Pokémon.
