Just thought that if UBs aren't the only organisms in their worlds there could be more like these. Like a predator that forced Pheromosa to be so fast, things like that, so I came with this for the "Ultra Circus" or whatever the hell is called Blacephalon home world

#Faketober2021 Day 13: Specter

Specter comes from Latin as "Image" or "Apparition" so rather than making a boring ghost type I decided to use cursed drawings (that actually exist) for the basis. Also mixed TBoI Hush, Gogmazios and Drawcia Soul

Also, I liked the static effect~
