13: Quick clipping group > lineart/sketch. Color the entire layer black.
14: Coloring lineart! New layer [Over black layer, enable alpha lock]. Airbrush > eyedrop main colors of areas and softly airbrush in over them.
11: New layer [Overlay]. Choose color of light source. Airbrush in gradient. The closer the light source, the more visible the gradient.
12: New layer [addition]. Similar/same color. Color is light areas. Gaussian blur, set to 15.
9: Soft Shadows! New layer [Multiply], Start cell shading light shadows. Use Gaussian blur filter, set to 15. Change layer opacity as desired.
10: Hard shadows! New layer [Multiply]. Use Gaussian blur, set to 15. Change layer opacity as desired.
5: Flat colors [My order for coloring flats is skin > hair > eyes, mouth, etc. > clothes/accessories]
6: I use multiple layers within the clipping group to make it easier to stay organized! Always make sure Alpha lock is on, though.
