Shin-ya's rival. I knew that once I drew Shin-ya in this style, I had to do Xia, too.

The first agent of his kind, LAC-ER:O is the first successful "Enhanced Konfi". Konfi in my stories are a species similar to 獣耳, but are able to shapeshift. They are a failed attempt at engineering humans to have enhanced faculties (e.g. sight of a hawk.)
