Kermit as Kingston

Kermit is an understated yet fantastic choice for Kingston, as they can both be charming pessimists with a strong sense of leadership and togetherness. He may not be the strongest or coolest, but he’s brave and beloved

Animal as Cody

Both are unapologetically passionate and talented, and I think Animal, despite having a slightly different aesthetic than Cody, would bring the right manic rock energy needed for Cody’s character.

Hilda as Iga

Iga’s penchant for making her magic look like stage work makes sense coupled with Hilda’s work behind the scenes of the Muppet show makes a wonderful combination, and I think casting a lesser known muppet for a new character is a cute concept.

Rizzo as Kugrash

The streetwise, fast talking Rizzo The Rat is a clear choice for Kugrash, not the least of all because they’re both rats. Rizzo being able to play a more grizzled role would be hilarious to see, also

Gonzo as Pete

There is a persistent essence of the strange and genderqueer present throughout both of their characters – I would love to see Gonzo interacting with dream magic.

Fozzie Bear as Ricky

I think Fozzie Bear is the choice for my Ricky, because I’d love to see Fozzie, who is pretty resilient against criticisms of his comedy, to play the somewhat oblivious but charming superhero.

Annie-Sue as Sofia

I think Annie-Sue would introduce a fun dynamic not only for Miss Piggy and Annie-Sue, but for Misty and Sofia. In the beginning, Misty didn’t want to like Sophia, but the two were close friends by the end of season 1, and I would love to see that arc play out
