#Art is one of my love languages. When I make art for someone, I slow down and think about them as I sketch, paint, and outline. I imagine I infuse my love into the materials.

We lost Uncle Tony in early 2020 to skin cancer.

@KellyAMangan You also might try SWEETY by @AndreaZuill. Sweety is a "square peg," and she doesn't fit in with a lot of the kids she knows. But the story isn't about that so much as being comfortable with yourself and knowing you will find your people. It's gentle, funny, and not didactic.

All week my 2YO has been clomping around the playroom in my rain "booooots." She was just so chill and so totally grounded that I wanted to capture how it felt to see this moment. My children continue to be my greatest muses.
