Ah, i forgot to tell some detail. The scratch is in fact the battle scar. Male sperm whale sometimes fight. The fight involves biting around their head. Also, notice some round marks on his head. These marks come from the sucker of giant squid, one of their favorite prey.

To be honest, the most challenging part is designing her head. For the head shape and inner mouth, i took reference from Helicoprion. Notice she also has 'buzzsaw' in the lower jaw. The lower jaw is inspired by Carcharodontosaurid such as this Tyrannotitan.

The small deepwater fish i depicted here is Finescale Mora (Antimora microlepis). This fish is featured in the beaked whale's diet, but in small number (about 0.5%).
