13 - Shadow Sp'arkz
He's got that large plot of land by the beach he's being denied in game. It's a big summer mansion with a large pool and lounge in the external area. Luxurious kitchen, fancy bathtubs, king sized bed and a home theater! My boy deserves only the best! <3

11 - Dread
He visits the city from time to time and stays at a luxurious suite at the beach resort, rent-free of course since he's one of the king's honored guests!
His room is close to the sea and includes a private wooden deck that extends through the sand into the water

7 - Tommy Schulz
He has a small apartment that doubles up as a Private Detective Agency at the Business District. The living room is his office, and part of his archives is stored at the bedroom. Also works as a dancer at a night club on the weekends.

He's the other king of the city who also lives in the castle. He has a shrine connecting to the spirit realm at the base of the cliff where sunlight doesn't reach. But while he's in physical form he just shares the room with Somber
