Maybe my boy Jack? I'd have to offer more references and a written description, but here's these for an idea of him.

@Orbis_Mundum Jack is a young Shadar-kai, long dark hair with white underneath and sparse facial hair. Sharp, clear crystal blue eyes and pale skinned.Bearing heavy ear piercings and diamond shaped tribal tattooing on his face and neck. An assassin by trade, with magic from the Raven Queen.
